Happened to see this on the new release list for this month on Blockbuster. A couple of boxers in the film, so thought I would mention here,

No I'm actually serious, not long after Schmelling died I found that they were making the movie in Germany but I thought it was just called Max Schmelling. I had my brother search on Netflix several times to try and preorder it with subtitles but was never available. I think his story is amazing he kept his Jeweish trainer throughout the Nazi reign and after losing to Louis he lost favor with Hitler and was drafted into the army and became a paratrooper. He was a friend to Louis and even a Paul Bearer at his funeral. I bought the PBS documentary called "The Fight" that told the story surrounding the fight but there is a lot about him that they didn't touch on I think it is a great story. I just hope that it is well done.Really? Or are you making fun of my post lol. Says it was made in 2010 but never really noticed it.
